Really disappointed by this hôtel. The name make us think it will be great but except the big bed, im not astonished and worst...restaurant is one of the worst ever during a business trip. Frankly very disappointed.
They are not meant to work in hospitality industry. it is absolutely a management mistake to hire the wrong people in service industry.

The hotel is in a nice location. I was in MIlan for work and this was a nice place to retreat to in the evening.
The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable for me. They can be a bit on the hard side for some but i really enjoy that.
The shower was nice and modern. I would have liked a better scrubbing on the shower head as there was some mold on there. I was forced to use the hand shower as that was clean.
The room was very warm. I was not able to lower the temperature below 22C which i think is to warm. Opening the window was not a solution as the cars outside made lots of noise.
The breakfast was good. There was a nice variety of fruit and breakfast breads.
Room was fine. But we were given a key to a room that already had a guest in there. We're given another room, but were then expecting someone to get a key to our room. Didn't feel safe

Good air conditioning, good breakfast, nice size rooms. The mattresses are hard and not comfortable. Internet a little slow but generally good enough. Clean hotel with good desk to work at. Bathroom has nice materials and plenty of room and plenty of room in shower.
